Serving as the foundation of the club, the Board of Directors meet monthly to ensure the standing of the club, the maintainment of its establishment and equipment, and the planning of home regattas. The board, which consists of four elected directors and eight appointed directors, is composed of long-standing members of the club and juniors program representatives.

Jane NunesPresident
Jane is an avid recreational rower who learned to row a few years ago in the Rowing Club of The Woodlands' Learn To Row Program. She has over 20 years of experience in corporate and non-profit business leadership and recently founded Jadon Services, LLC, an expense reduction and recovery consulting firm. Jane and her husband, Don, have two children and a boxer named Rocky. |

Steve Kessler
Vice President
Steve is an avid recreational rower having taken the RCTW Learn to Row Program in June 2009. He is training to become a competitive master rower and plans to enter Regattas during 2010. Steve lives and works in The Woodlands. He has been involved in the property insurance claims business for more than 35 years and is a partner in the forensic accounting firm of Dempsey Partners LLC. Steve and his wife, Sandy, have two grown children. |

Charles DixonTreasurer
Charles is a competitive rower in the club who became a member approximately four years ago and began rowing at The University of Texas at Austin. He is a Certified Internal Auditor, with 15 years of business experience in various industries and types of businesses and is currently in the Internal Audit practice of Mir, Fox and Rodriguez. Charles and his wife, Nathalia, have one daughter. |

Pamela SandersSecretary
Pamela took Learn to Row in spring 2008 as a cross-training activity preparing to participate in a Susan G Komen 60-mile walk later that year. She has lived in The Woodlands for over 30 years and has three grown children. Currently she is a financial analyst for Hewlett-Packard and enjoys early morning rows to start the day well before tackling her work duties. |

Jeff SchrickBoard Member at Large
Jeff Schrick has been an active member of RCTW since 2007. Jeff joined the club after a 12 year hiatus from rowing after leaving the beautiful Clinch River of Oak Ridge, Tennessee where he learned to row and coach. He has lived and worked in The Woodlands for 8 years at Lexicon Pharmaceuticals. He is married and has two young sons. Jeff is active in his local community home association and is member of the Conroe, Knights of Columbus. |

Bill PerniceJunior Booster President
Bill and his wife Wendy have two sons Massimo and Casner who are competitive rowers with the Rowing Club of The Woodlands Juniors Program. He has been actively involved as a volunteer supporting the rowing program, to improve his personal knowledge and the general rowing experience. Professionally, Bill has over 18 years experience in oil and gas polymer applications. |

Joel BelcherBoard Member at Large
Joel Belcher serves as IT Development and Project Manager in the Information Technology Division of BJ Services Co., an international oil and gas services corporation. During his first term on the RCTW Board, Joel hopes to use his analytical and project management skills to further enhance the RCTW programs and facilities. Joel became involved in rowing through his son, Brandon, who is part of the RCTW Novice Men's 4X crew and now enjoys the sport of rowing himself as well. |

Tara Dalton is a sophmore at The Woodlands High School, and rows in the Juniors Program of the Rowing Club of The Woodlands. Tara is originally from Connecticut; however, for the past three years, she has lived in The Woodlands. She aspires to row in college and hopes her training with the club will help her achieve her goal. |
