The Rowing Club of The Woodlands has published many presentations throughout its history. The club realizes the importance of informing its members and the rowing community on the standing of the club and the status of some of its members. Also, it looks to inform the The Woodlands and the local communities about its commitment to service.

In 2009, the Rowing Club of The Woodlands created a presentation to show its exponential growth over a decade and influence on the community. The presentation was shown to The Woodlands Development Company and The Woodlands Parks and Recreation, where it received significant praise.
