As the Rowing Club of The Woodlands is solely a non-profit organization, the Learn To Row Program is taught by the dedicated individuals of the Club. With thousands of hours of combined experience, the Senior Instructors of the Learn To Row Program use their proven experience to provide certification to prospective members in a comfortable learning environment.

	Steve Kessler Program Director Steve is an avid recreational rower having taken the RCTW Learn to Row Program in June 2009. He is training to become a competitive master rower and plans to enter Regattas during 2010. Steve lives and works in The Woodlands. He has been involved in the property insurance claims business for more than 35 years and is a partner in the forensic accounting firm of Dempsey Partners LLC. Steve and his wife, Sandy, have two grown children.
