Learn To Row Program Session Dates & Online Registration
Our Learn To Row Program enables non-rowers the chance to become acquainted with rowing and the fundamental basics necessary to row comfortably. The program consists of three sessions: The first session focuses on safety, theory and a swim test; the remaining two sessions both include four hours of "on the water" training. The first session is held at The Woodlands Bear Branch Recreation Center while subsequent classes are held at the Rowing Club of The Woodlands' boathouse in Northshore Park.
As a Silver Sponsor of the Rowing Club of The Woodlands and partner of the Learn To Row Program, The Woodlands Parks and Recreation has enabled individuals who wish to take the program the opportunity to signup online. Please note that class sizes are limited to 12 participants.
