The Rowing Club of The Woodlands' Masters Program ranges from interested beginners to elite competitors. Members of the Masters Program, the default program of the Rowing Club of The Woodlands, can row whenever they choose, with whomever they choose. Often, masters consistently row with the same other masters and compete in local and regional regattas with the same group. The Masters Program also enables masters to row for recreation.

Members of the Masters Program are allowed access to the boathouse and to use any of the club equipment at any time (singles, doubles, or quad sculling boats). Many masters are previous graduates from collegiate rowing teams including Brown, Columbia, and Cornell.
