Anyone in the athlete area without accreditation will be asked to leave the venue. Repeat offenses could lead to exclusion of the boats competing for the offending organization.

Temperature Checks:

All athletes, coaches, and support staff will receive a temperature check before being permitted entry to the athlete’s area.

Date & Time

We please require all participants to be in Oklahoma by 12.30 pm. Earlier will be fine. We will spend the early part of the afternoon rigging boats – once ready, we would like to have enough time to get the entire team out on the water to row the course. On-the-water practice will run from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Friday. If you are unable to arrive by 12:30 pm, please will you let either I or the coaches know – preferable through GroupMe.

Friday Evening:

Coaches will have a team meeting at the end of the practice session – after that, all kids will be released to head back to the hotel with their parents.

Meals:

We will supply various snacks for the athletes – protein bars – water – sports drinks, etc. In addition, can each family pack a cooler box with lunches, fruit, and any other snacks required for their child. Athletes will need to stay at the venue for lunch, so it is important that they have enough to eat. We will be offering Chick-fil-a on Saturday, and a sandwich from Jason’s Deli on Sunday – this will be at an additional $15.00 per person per day. You do not need to make use of this meal option. If you chose not to order food via the club, please let us know on GroupMe
by Thursday midday.
